I'm probably going to get my head handed to me for this posting.
Until Ken's presentation yesterday, the only comment from the company
in the public domain related to when the asset sale would take place was
by the end of the second quarter. In other words, by not later then June 30th.

His comment at the presentation "within the next 3 months" has now thrown the
timing sequence up in the air. While a couple of months, in the long term, doesn't
amount to a hill of beans, it does alleviate a pressure point on the existing shorters.
As each day passes here in June that pressure point would have grown and acted
as a governor on how far the shorters could push around the stock price.

Unless he is aware that the June 30th time frame was no longer realistic, why not
hold with the already public comment of by the end of the second quarter. In any event,
I certainly hope that a prior poster was correct when he commented that Ken had flown
into the presentation from South Korea. I have always felt that it is in the knowledge of
these little things that the whales have advantage over us minnows. They have boots
on the ground everywhere. Where is the management flying to? with lawyers? Who is
visiting them? with lawyers? Where are the visits taking place? company facilities? law
offices?
