    Or in other words wages directly related to construction is not working capital. Therefore as the original announcement points out there is no work being completed on the smelter as costs are for working capital purposes. The second announcement has been craftily updated to include the DSO moving forward and the word “advancing” for smelter completion but this is to fool investors.
