Got a feeling from monitoring the trade lately, that RSH is on the cusp of another move, or at least an increase back up in volume - could easily be wrong of course.
The catalyst may be news on another country/region signing on for distribution??
Just idle speculation I suppose, and of little or no value, other than for me to dump some thoughts.
