"The Joint Venture has not received any notification that the Government of Senegal has approved the transfer of interest to Woodside".
"FAR continues to reserve its rights in relation to the dispute, including resolution through international arbitration as provided for in the Joint Operating Agreement".

21/6/17 WPL "SENEGAL REAFFIRMS COMPLETION OF TRANSACTION"

"The Republic of Senegal’s Minister of Energy and the Development of Renewable Energy has issued an arrêté ministériel (‘Ministerial Order’) which provides further confirmation of Woodside’s participation in the Rufisque, Sangomar and Sangomar Deep Joint Venture (‘RSSD JV’)"

Comment - If the Government had actually approved the transfer, why would FAR as a JV member not be notified of such as FAR claimed on 8/6/17 and did not detract that claim (I understand) after 21/6/17. The wording of announcement 21/6/17 is interesting imo.
