Very professional response I think. The great news here is that there IS an offer and also that there are suitors for part or TO. PSC will likely exersize options to fill the kitty - usual practice for funding partners to require a certain ratio. They must be very close if we are talking consol and oppies here. I am very optimistic that a deal will be done and it will IMO be for a lot more than 1.5 c PS. Multiple suitors = competition and great for SP. Excellent news IMO.
