Let's hope that it's a when, not a if, FAR wins PE, FAR will not be doing any deals with WPL. FAR already said that they have the finance already, which I think means there is a ready buyer. WPL is too stingy to match offers, just look at the OSH saga.
All I want is for July to roll on.
