Use of information on registers
CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 177(1) Apersonmust not:
(a) use information about apersonobtained from a register kept under this Chapter to contact or send material to theperson; or
(b) disclose information of thatkindknowing that the information is likely to be used to contact or send material to theperson.
