fair point 123 re the last trip. However whilst no offical connections were ever made between the last US trip and the caplin report it doesn't take much to join the dots. Probably not good policy to shine too much light on your failures but I have the distinct impression the caplin report is the result of the first failed tour.
If at first you don't suceed....... i have no doubt MS is a smart man and figured out what he needs to take to US instos. i think it no coincidence that he is going more or less straight after the release of the caplin report
