Proceeds of share placement to be used to retire debt.
I thought the huge cash flow was for that.
Anyway works both ways..they got more cash and a new believer in the company but now our stock is diluted even more.
At least they cant dump the shares for 12 months.
Could explain share weakness lately ..letting investor get set at 55c.
We shall see.
