I believe you're quite right that the Saudi decision will have little impact, apart from perhaps on sentiment, and then only slightly.
Nonetheless I feel sure that the POO is starting on a bit of a slide of its own accord. I may of course be wrong, I often am, but I remain convinced we'll see $110 and quite soon, which will be positive all round.
