Well no, it's not enough for several reasons.

First, it doesn't matter if the share price has been going down or up before, the debate is whether or not it will keep going down from the current price and hit 1$ or go back up before that.
Thinking that way would be the equivalent of believing that once a share price goes down, it will always be that way which obviously doesn't reflect the reality of the market at all. Especially for the resource sector and its volatility.
There is no argument or substance in there, just a statement of previous share prices.

Second, you assume that the market always get things right and value companies accurately which has, again, been disproved by history a million times.

Third, your only argument in this whole thread is that WES didn't make an offer to GXY. This is a given considering they have publicly stated that they were looking for a big hard rock deposit in Australia. Does Galaxy fit that description? No.
Then why should we expect an offer from wes exactly ?
Does the fact that WES didn't make an offer to the 50 other lithium players in the world mean they are all worthless now ?
Maybe you can see that that argument is substance less as well.

Now, if you start making proper argument such as X companies are increasing production by X% which will flood the supply side, I'd be more inclined to listen than these "Look the share price is going down !!! 80 cents here we come !!!"
