Sec, s/hs were offered the opportunity to participate in the c/r. Set price, set date for payment. I have never seen a situation where a major stock holder is given the same opportunity, without the same parameters. Even if Chia eventually cough up, it's a disgrace. Binding terms for them should have been exactly the same as everyone else. I'm a Bruce fan, but this c/r has been a complete cockup. GLTA.
