mrogers.......you essentially make the claim that eddy has falsified the books, yet in the same breath you say that MS would not be so stupid and would have thoroughly checked them.
If the books were falsified.......as appears to be your claim......why would have MS have invested so heavily. And secondly....if their thorough investigations revealed that they had been falsified (which I can only assume they didnt as they invested), why would they have not insisted that Eddy step aside or be kicked out.
You two statements totally conflict with each other. Eddy falsified.....MS checked and still invested. The only logical conclusion to be drawn is that MS must have been staisfied with the books, therfore no falsification.
