There is a third major IP aspect of great value which has been totally overlooked in all these discussions .... the TAVR packaging system which as I recall is a sterile "wet pack" of the whole unit pre-assembled before the operation which saves 40 minutes for each operation ... that's each and every operation 40 minutes at several thousands of dollars per hour for theatre time .... patents in place ... more than a year of testing in place (as far as we know).
It has not been mentioned in any company communications for quite a while but certainly impressed me when it was unveiled 3 years ago (approx).
Has anyone heard any more about this aspect?
