I think they are in a position to reap rewards with high food, oil prices etc.. However I know the shop owners are not happy. They believe excessive fee etc. They would also complain they have no voice or at least they are not heard by the company.
The end of the day Ccs can buy all the shops back but then you have the same old problem of being run under management. All in the game know that this is an absolute nightmare.

With what a manager gets paid and the crap they have to put up with on a daily basis tends to lead to not just low morale but "dodgy behavior" ( on part of the staff-manager). Hence shops cream is gone.

What a CC shop is worth and what you can sell it for are two extremely different amounts. Current trend with private shops. Most owners cant take the abusive environment. Then obviously spend less time in the shop. Shop gets run down.

I have heard a "rumor" that the Mount Lawley store in WA is going to close if a buyer cant be secured very soon.
Yes all just a "rumor" though easy to find out. Ring up.

The big upside imho is the payday Lending. However, If this gets legislated then good "buy" to a lot of them.

The retail side has dropped off with all the Chines imports hence the need for most shops to run a PD outlet.

DYO research. Everthing I have said here is purely fictional and I may have even dreamt it. I can not be held accountable for this as I am on medication. I have to go now the dr is coming.
