I fully agree with you Rossi70.
Unfortunately, money can buy the presidency. The presidency can't buy money.
There sure seems to be something or someone holding up the SML due to the proven reserves that PEK has proven up.
Why waste money on exploration when you can buy a proven reserve with a few loose dollars.
I hope I am wrong but only time can answer.
