I'm across all the history been invested a long time. I just havent seen it explicitly stated anywhere were the new S2 will be. People are assuming the S3 site because of fhe modular talk that is fine but I'm questioning if thats the case it may be difficult to include the full scale services. In my experience businesses don't generally approve inbuilt capacity for future expansion on a project basis because it wrecks the NPV.
