1/ Patch failures. Why there is potential significance in the failure to declare timely knowledged of patch failures?:
Continuous disclosure requirements. Page 1. A listed company has an obligation to continuously disclose information which may have an effect on its market price or value. Continuous disclosure is based on the principle that all investors should have equal and timely access to information about a company.
(From 2015 Institute of Company Directors)
ASX listing rule 3.1 "Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person wouldexpect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediatelytell ASX that information".
Fact. Once the information on patch failures was released to the ASX, it did have a material effect on the price of shares (that is recorded on the price chart of AHZ) and the value of the entity - because it pushed out the time to profitability on Cardiocel by years. The evidence for that is on record. Guidance to the market given on when AHZ would be profitable was pushed out from 2017/2018? (prior to the knowledge of the patch failures) to now when? 2020??? In fact it was one of the reasons for "Code Red".
2/ Code Red - Why didn't the BOD pull the plug on Code Red as it became evident early on that the inhouse sales model was still losing large amounts of money?
Facts: Code Red was launched in 2016. The inhouse sales model existed even earlier than that.
It is now mid 2019.
The Code Red strategy has been left in place as evident by the recent AGM. It is clearly ongoing thru the remainder of 2019 into 2020 and beyond?
One would assume the inhouse sales strategy was developed prior to the launch of Cardiocel. Which was in 2014/2015? That is at least 4 possibly 5 years to work out the inhouse sales model was never going to give a suitable return on capital invested by shareholders (at the time). How long is a reasonable time for a BOD to persist with a failed inhouse sales strategy?
months?
1 year? (missed guidance leading to the most recent CR)?
3 years? (duration of Code Red)
5 years? (since launch of in house sales strategy)?
But look Dolce I really don't want to do this anymore.
Please do you own research.
Other shareholders can try to determine the facts now. And ask the questions... OK?
I am fed up with people getting personal with RI's who mean well ..OK?.
I really have to let this go (as Ralom says) and hand over to someone else...
RI's have NOTHING to do with this companies failure.
Period.
All the best with it.
IMO>.
