That's right Alan. The Coalition, armed with their Environment Fund, were thwarted by the State Govts when Turnbull was attempting to get the job done. Stopped him dead.
Now, since then, what has happened. Well we keep getting told that the Govt. will look into it. There is both an Environment Minister and Water Minister in this Federal Govt. Not getting any bang for our buck unfortunately. Instead of being part of a 'group grope' in Chile, The Hon. Mr Garrett could be back here getting stuck into this. Its not like we don't have the money to throw at the problem is it?
