Albuera, not having a go, but can someone explain to me how the 4.5 million dollar wages bill is expected to be paid every year, without any meaningful announcements. As the Asx indicated with their query, the company would cease to operate within six months, if it continued operating in it's present format.
Swift action was taken, wholly disagree with timing, maybe should of delayed til next week, but make no mistake this was the best possible outcome under the circumstances.
Though I would like some clarification on sections of the announcement, do not think in parts it was clear enough. It has been mentioned to me that intermoco would still be keeping around 85% with pri taking 15% of the meter business. Which would be a great result. But this has not been reflected in the ann.
Will be making further enquiries, before commiting to motion for egm as they are costly. Definately require further company update.
