PEXA is very valuable, but it does have a value that sophisticated investors all agreed. when LNK took over 45% of the shares, PEXA valued at 1.6B, thats about 6 month ago. according to the HY19 report, PEXA`s HY revenue was $51.3m, turn to cash flow positive this year, 1.6B valuation already represents more than 10x of revenue. I think 15% of valuation increase is reasonable and optimistic.
