Fully agree. Chernobyl couldn’t have happened anywhere else but the USSR at that time. If we lived in a logical rational world and nuclear power was cost effective we would have nuclear power programme. Unfortunately nuclear power in Australia is a no go zone. There would be millions on the streets and politic death to any party in power. No point in even wasting time discussing it. Sad but true.
