Personally I think capman's postulations are not unreasonable and could be close to the mark. The dust hasn't settled on these deals and its difficult to know for sure how it will end. For me, the link between DI and PGTL is telling. It seems unthinkable Cougar would compete against its UK subsidiary given they are headed by the same person.
