I think the biggest issue is that the directors can’t vote.
Add to the fact that shareholders vote is post expiry date.
If it was a 100% given they go ahead, still don’t think they would be 0.005/0.006 with 6 months to expiry.
But will be very interesting next couple of weeks - would want to see changes if directors notice this week IMO to know they were doing all the buying.
