If it was a 100% given they go ahead, still don’t think they would be 0.005/0.006 with 6 months to expiry.

But will be very interesting next couple of weeks - would want to see changes if directors notice this week IMO to know they were doing all the buying.

Might be splitting hairs here but if the vote is post expiry then technically no one will be holding the oppies as they will have expired.

"The Company anticipates the Notice of Meeting for the general meeting will be circulated shortly. Shareholders who are also BMGOA Option holders will be ineligible to vote for the resolution at the general meeting."
