Suspect hoobadriver may be correct. If any entity took a significant shareholding from the ANZ then there has been no declaration of it yet and it would be due today.

If the 2,000,000 DVM shares sold by ANZ on Thurs 19 June 2008 (per their notice) are being offered around then be aware they were sold for an average price of 14cps each - $280,000 for 2,000,000.

This is a big gap from the 20cps under the prospectus offer (albeit with an option) and so some overhang pressure may certainly remain irrespective whose hands they are in.
