If they arrive this today in Lisbon....at night there.....I can't see a meeting happening....they would have a meeting tomorrow morning their time......night here.....
They will be tired and hungry no way they will go thru a business meeting after a flight.....
Anyway.....a close at 16c or above is ideal for technicals....
So speculation buys will start to flow from tommorrow onwards me thinks as usual in this spec....
