Sorry, but I don't think that's entirely accurate. ResApp was advised from BSI that filing will take between 3 to 5 months for a class 2A medical device, or in our case it's just software and not so much a device so to speak. Also the process has been fast tracked, RAP paid extra for this to be prioritized. The company continues to use words like "imminently" and "shortly" in updates provided to the market. These words are pretty strong, when I say to someone I'll be there shortly or imminently I'm not talking months.... seriously I wouldn't be surprised if it pops today or tomorrow...
