That's a poor analogy. You've stated two consequences which are different, when really what you were previously suggesting is that the risk is lower. The consequences of impaired driving, whether its weed, alcohol, or even just being really tired are the same. You have the potential for death, of yourself or another.
What you were trying to suggest before is the risk is lower, which is possible due to risk being consequence and likelihood, and you could argue that THC impaired drivers have a lower likelihood of incident than alcohol impaired drivers, but I'd ask if you have numbers or studies to back it up? And what about the likelihood compared to a sober person.
If you don't understand that, then we have a core disagreement and should just stop discussing. You definitely aren't SAFER being impaired by THC than you would be sober and alert. That's a fact. Studies have proven it time and time again:
