It's highly unlikely that shorters would be in CNP at current prices. The risk to reward is not there.
Also it would be hard to borrow stock to short as not many funds would be left on the register.
Most of the Hedge Funds that were shorting would have moved on long ago.
I expect that CNP is not on the Short List at many brokers, as well as CFD providers.
It's easy to holders to blame 'outside influences' but in reality the share price is just reflecting the current Supply & Demand in CNP.
