If you have logged into your account at the registry and requested email based notifications then you should have an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Contact the registry and ask them for advice, they may be able to send out the details to you via email so you don't need to wait for mail in the post.
The online instructions are very generic, but require you to put your HIN and personal information into a website to validate your access to the payment details. It would be against my personal security guidance to click a link from a stranger on some website and give them my personal details, so I'm not going to provide the generic link for you.
For trust and safety reasons make sure you only use the website given to you by the registry. Give them a call, I'm sure they will help.
