Based on your experience is it possible that SKI could have walked away and neither AUZ or SKI are declaring it to the ASX or Korean Stock Exchange?
I think that may be they can get away being such a big company and this being classified as minor transaction. However, it's a important thing for AUZ.
How long does Ben and his team can legally hold this information and what are penalties if it later comes to light that they knew for a month before disclosing?
