    I don't think there is any doubt that the total shipping for the quarter will be 30,000t not 45,000t. I don't think that is a big deal. If at the end of the year total shipping is down a third then yes, a big deal. Delays and hiccups are to be expected on individual shipments. Its the yearly figures that are relevant not month by month.
