Only 6-10, 13, 14, 18, and 21-29 were novel and inventive. 17/33. That would be a fail at my uni.
Not to mention many of those lacked clarity, or did not comply. 5-11 13 and 14 were deemed novel and inventive, but were not clear, and were not accepted as a result. Total? claim 18, and 21-29. 10/33 claims successfully lodged. SiLeach is NOT novel and innovative. (edit. there is even less if you include compliance issues)
I haven't seen any patent updates since... But the most alarming thing about all that is the headline"SiLeach process is novel and innovative". That's so deceptive... Just like the "we do not USE HF" claim...
