The CEO Jerry Miller needs to raise and raise now.

The inventory is high, the sales still low and the till is empty. The american OTC market will provide us with a deep pool of investors to now swim and the time is right to bring the board shorts and hit the deep-end.

Likely deal will be at or slightly above the market price as based on the share price action plus a 1 for 2 loyalty option to sweeten that american apple pie (as we know those Americans love a good pie).

There is also likely to be some positive spin doctoring in the lead up to the deal and possible work with an investment bank or other offshore lender.

Not all news is good news, but this will set us up for the long term and as we pivot strategy to ofter HaaS service by moving beyond simple medical devises but now into "Hearing as a Service" or HaaS a category killer, which naturally will re-rate our shares to trade on a higher multiple (think Nearmap for ears).
