That's NCA internal policy. That's exactly the point I was making earlier. Why would you engage a company who requires you to pay a deposit when the standard practice in manufacturing/trading industry is for the customers to have credit terms. That should have been a red flag for JAT, IMHO. Customers normally have the upper hand in negotiating deals with suppliers.
