Certainly looks and "feels" like the stock is trading cum-downgrade.
On that note, GUD competitor, BAP, yesterday provided an update to an investor conference, in which they said that the market is soft and competitive, but that this was just the normal way things always are.
I guess that "Woe is us. Things are very tough and they have always been tough and they will continue to be tough forever", is the exact kind of message an industry aggregator/consolidator would naturally want to project into the industry to the end of moderating the expectations of would-be vendors of businesses that aggregator/consolidator seeks to acquire.
But seemingly things are not that tough that it warrants any change to their profit expectations:
