You gotta research this lawsuit don't you, just out of interest.

Soon after the IPO, the founder and CEO of CASA Systems, Mr Jerry Gou, sold over 1.4 million shares in the company at nearly $24 dollars per share, which is over $33 million USD.

He also now pays himself over $6 million dollars a year as CEO of CASA.

And the share price has plummeted since listing, from over $24 down to $5 (now trading at about $5.68). And this is all on the verge of the global 5G boom.

Understandably, there would probably be more-than-a-few really pissed off IPO shareholders, similar to some Netcomm shareholders I would suspect.

Going back and reading the IPO documents makes interesting reading.

I won't make a judgement on the likely success of the Shareholders Class Action (SCA), but it will be interesting to follow.
