Simple question, do you expect WFE to relist or not? If the answer is no, then why continually post here given there are no new Sh to save from making an investment decision here, as well as no trapped holders to save as they will never be able to sell their shares. If WFE can never relist what is done is done, and all that is left to do is kick the sand in into the 6 foot hole dug LOL. If WFE has no money and cannot trade as an ongoing concern, well it can’t relist either so not sure the points been made.
If the answer is yes, what documents do you think WFE will be required to produce before relisting? It also obviously means by relisting they are an ongoing concern and have funds etc etc. I am sure that as part of relisting a Prospectus will be required, and EGM to take place, Independent Reports to be provided and therefore these will provide the basis for evaluating whether a decision to invest by potential SH will take place or not. I mean, I will not be even thinking about investing here without those documents, and I will certainly be evaluating those documents to see whether I should invest here or not and fundamental to that would be testing, for example, the cobalt and copper prices in that Prospectus as well as what cash flow WFE has coming and where funds are coming from (to work out any dilution effects on SP).
I view a lot of the current debate as pointless, as it is obvious too me documents like an IE report will be required to be produced for the satisfaction of the ASX and SHs before WFE can resist. If not produced, relisting will not take place.
Now if the deal falls through and they can relist then the SP will certainly get smashed.
Where I agree with you is I don’t expect the SP to fly up as some here on relisting day, given for one thing first cobalt and copper production not expected for 4 to 6 months from relisting (as well as a need for the market to be convinced this JB entity is different to some of his other ones where SP have fallen and 1 year in suspension is a long time). But if JB delivers on his strategy I can see the SP been a lot higher 12 months down the track from relisting day, but to do that WFE will need the Offtakes and financing agreements to back up any NPV calcs that an Independent Expert can say yep great for SHs at these sensitivity analysis cobalt/copper prices of a, b and c etc etc etc And I would be expecting IE reports stating the pros and cons of the arrangement as part of the Prospectus and any docs for SHs to consider prior to voting.
Anyway not sure why all the arguments here. It is about what the Prospectus and IE report, backed by the Offtake Agreements and financing deals, that will determine WFEs fate here, not some of the backward looking Ann’s that will determine WFE’s fate and investment potential here or otherwise.
I know I said I wouldn’t post again but after reading this new thread saying exactly the same things as the last threads well hence my questions.
All IMO IMO
