Hi Misfit,

I am very relaxed with the time delay. Although difficult at this dying hour. All will be revealed in good time. I can tell by your posts that you are somewhat at ease... well as much as we can be! I can honestly say, that I am glad you made it this far... at one stage I thought we nearly lost you!

My utmost confidence has been here from about 18 months ago... and you can see that from my previous posts. A large piece of this confidence comes from knowing that the many, complex arrangements of shareholders and board means they will all keep each other accountable. The idea of a 22c baseline price for most shareholders around 8 years ago... also underpins shareholder value...as you know a majority of those shareholders remain today!

A couple of things to note for now;

1. We have guessed that it is the signature of the IDC we are awaiting. Given they are government owned. Their will not be any ‘urgent’ board meetings or overtime to please RES shareholders. We came to this conclusion recently, and it just ‘makes sense’.

2. Shareholders that would sell shortly after the announcement are caving.

If we Include ChI-X it would be around 18M shares.

3. If you are planning to hold RES long term as per most of ‘the people’s board‘ then you would be glad to know that many of the shares sold in recent weeks have gone to good and long term homes. So, given the low SP, that means less money was required to remove these shares (in effect this means we have taken much more than expected...) this augers well for the known and exciting fact that RES has a tightly held register...
