Do not agree with statement at all.

Zincox has just raised $120m for treating EA dust. They have eyed 30% of world supply. I suspect with an inferior technology.

I think that the opportunity, for processing EAF dust alone is good. The economics are robust (at long term Zn prices).
I think that given that they can combine 1 and 2 the economics are much better (they used term compelling) mgmt decided to do both stages and that way get a better deal overall.
They have claimed that they have four separate groups wanting to do EAF dust deals. Typically each would be many times more than 35tons pa.
Zincox deals are very big indeed.

The future is huge
If all of the 6m tons pa of EF dust was treated you could build a company as big as Rio Tinto.
