the global industrial process is grinding to a steep decline. If people can't see that that's their rose coloured glasses. Commodity prices may remain high but RIO and thelike are being distributed to be rebought at much lower prices. Count on it.
(have a look at the GM chart, its just an example of where many previous bellweathers are headed. What about house prices in the US, there will be a glut of cheap housing > the building industry is falling off a cliff) I'm sure you can think of many others. Scenarios for a very rapid RIO fall exist as well - how much spec money is just hanging in waiting for the elusive "takeover", how many hedgies will have to liquidate fast in the next 3 months.
