thats cus its not about the performance, its about the manufacturing methodology to achieve performance and a specific part of it, thats what they have filed patents for, to protect that methodology. Says that fairly clearly. But you are right in that its not all that juicey to the lay person, you would assume they would be protecting their process and not just the product.
