I think the cash position might be better than your estimated, will find out in next month quarterly report. I think November might be safe.
However, I believe there should have some things happening before then.

I won't worry about production one year later, probably it's better off starting production in five years time while the demand is really there, just looking at iron ore now. How big four producers are enjoying hefty profit margin while small producers are gone.
If one deal were announced, any CR/funding would not be an issue, that's how the sentiment could be changing.
