As we celebrate a share price bouncing along the bottom (not), I have to express my thoughts on MB;s post.
Even if LNG eventually comes good, I would say that MB has done the right thing to sell and make up his losses elsewhere. He had the insight and the courage to act as people like me froze in the glare of the headlights.
In reflecting on MB's post, my conclusion is that I can forgive Greg for his initial optimism, but as he got further into the job he must have known that his optimism was bullshit. Just because you have discussions going on with multiple buyers, does not mean you can forecast success given they are all ending badly. Maybe at first, but once a pattern is established further forecasts of success are not acceptable.
I will give him some credit for his China strategy, but if he cannot close it out when the trade war ends then its time to go.
My view is that Greg should consider himself on borrowed time... His bullshit has cost me big time.
