A very well structured thread $tockfella, same goes to @Galilee13, more4less, Glyco, Idisley and all the other LTH's for your excellent contributions. We are steadfastly inching towards the muchly anticipated Nasdaq listing, which should provide a new and invigorating breathe of fresh air into our beloved GMV.

The IPO on the Nasdaq is just around the corner and we should be listing within the next fortnight. As faras the bookbuild goes, I personally think that H. C. Wainwright will already have the 15 Million covered and over subscriptions will be the order of the day. I say this as, the USA stock markets are more savvy when subscribing for new companies with a marked degree of future potential. I have said this for the last 2 odd years that I believe GMV has a very unique product that will underpin the future in EHealth for years to come.


The revenue will sort itself out as we receive the necessary CFDA approvals for the Prizma Jacket and the GMed Patch, the FDA for the GMed Patch and the OTC. People need to remember that GMV are still in a startup phase, with the next 12 to 18 mths the most important period of the companies short life. Dr G has certainly thought-out this business plan of his to include recurring revenue from multiple sub business's and also from more than 1 share market.

The next IPO after the Nasdaq & HKZE will be yhe UK market which will make GMV a very large global player within the EHealth mix. GMV's competitors, BEAT & IRTC will be the benchmark to aspire too. I agree with your future revenue predictions but I don't see us getting there so quickly, however I do think they are fantastic figures and would place us shareholders in a great position.

All in all, I think the blue sky is just around the corner and we still need to show patience.
