Yes this is crappy deal for SER, but I expected this as the BHP discovery is so far away from SER, it's not even worth a mention.
There will be a diluting CR very shortly imo, and the share price will only go lower from here as FMG take the bulk of this lease.
If you are looking for a nearology play on the massive BHP copper drill hit, then you need to be right next door. From memory CHK are within a km of the BHP discovery, that is nearology, just depends whether the directors there can take advantage.
SER for mine is an avoid now..dud deal imo.I see .004 coming.
