    Under the terms, Centro retains all management rights post-sale... smart.

    Just type 'site:centroportfolio' in the search field of Google and it will list the other docs accessible.

    Well, I guess if we needed some details on what is going on, here they are. It certainly explains why this is taking time - there's no rush sale apparent.
