@Scarpa .........."Simple question, do you expect WFE to relist or not?"

Not really a simple question come to think of it. If we went back to this time last year, I wouldn't even considered not re-listing a possibility. It was on no-bodies radar.

Even a few months ago I never considered the possibility, I was just posting against the huge multiples people were saying the SP would re-open at, based on no facts.

Right now, I am leaning more towards not being able to relist, but that also 'depends'. For example if the company dropped the whole concept of the cobalt JV play, the company could relist as they were, in a matter of days, providing they brought up to date all the outstanding paperwork (quarterlies), and they still had funds for operating.
Does anyone know if they will get the money held in trust in the DRC back if the JV was cancelled? If that money was a standard deposit and WFE lost it, then they have no cash to continue, so re-listing is very remote. If on the other hand they did still have that cash, plus the company went ahead with the Exploration Tenement purchase, then they could still easily relist. It might take time to raise the funds to pay for the tenements but as an exploration company with the funds back from (DRC held in trust), there is no reason why they couldn't continue.

Like most things associated with WFE, we simply do not have enough information, and IMHO there are many aspects that should have been explained to shareholders, like if the money in the DRC held in trust is a deposit or not? or if it is a deposit, when is time up for the deal to be completed etc??
Why WFE didn't get Independent Expert reports last year (from competent persons as per ASIC guidelines), why are there none commissioned now to endorse the business case?? etc etc.
Simple questions that the company has not explained to the market.

In the current climate of low cobalt prices $US26k/t on LME, I really can't see how the current plan can go anywhere.
Imagine approaching any potential buyer and offering the following.... We are not experts in the cobalt business, we don't have any Independent Experts reports (acceptable to our home exchange) saying it's viable , we have no cash, we have no resource nor collateral, but we think this is a great idea and just need $XXXm from you, as an upfront payment, to prove it all up.
Does anyone really expect that approach to work??
