OBJ appoints Paul Peros as CEO of new device business, page-140

I connected and spoke with Paul Peros recently and the following are some notes from our discussion.

- He's already started and the more he's getting into the work, the more he believes OBJ is on the right track.
- Visited Perth recently and is confident our team are focused on the right things and in the right way.
- Wouldn't have taken on this opportunity if he wasn't convinced of the possibility to make an impact in both organisation and company value.

It's clear that he's straight into it and he seems like an absolute gentleman - highly experienced in this space and a solid work ethic. I'm most encouraged with his communication and optimism for the future of OBJ. I am very appreciative of his time given to me and am eagerly looking forward to seeing this story unfold, among all the other things OBJ is working on.

And yes, I asked his permission to share. And yes, I'm a shareholder who bothers to invest time occasionally to connect with the company management. After all, we are part owners of this company aren't we?
